About our services.

DESIGN & STYLING

Create a visual proposal through a 100% customized and detailed moodboard based on your style preferences, desires and needs, which will be adapted and improved throughout the planning process, and to which we will add lay outs adapted to the chosen venue until the final design is completed.

PLANNING

Create a budget based on the couple's needs.
Find vendors that fit the design and budget.
Be the intermediary with your vendors. Request quotes, terms and conditions, follow-up on payment dates.
Create a timeline for the wedding day and additional events.
Create a plan b, in case of rain.

COORDINATION

Coordinate all vendors and set-up logistics.
Follow-up of the timeline.
Hosting and guide guests.
Taking care of all the details of ambiance and service.
Ensure a pleasant and carefree environment.
Be the first to arrive and the last to leave.

The wedding contract process.

Questionnaire

We will send you a wedding questionnaire.

The more detailed the answers are, the easier and faster it will be for us to create an assertive proposal that fits exactly what you dream of.

PROPOSAL

We will send you a fully customized proposal for your wedding. A complete moodboard with the design and styling of the event: photos, ideas, descriptions and a first general budget, based on our knowledge and experience so you can have a better idea of how your budget will be distributed with each vendor.

CONTRACT

Both parties will sign a mutually agreed contract with a definite or tentative wedding date and we will continue with the payment of 50% of our services.

START PLANNING

We will analyze together the initial proposal, to make the necessary corrections and adapt the proposal based on your wishes and needs.

We will send you a wedding planning calendar;

And we are ready to go!

Our planner fee is based on the number of guests, location and date of the wedding.
